Prof. Carlos M. Travieso-González received the M.Sc. degree in 1997 in Telecommunication Engineering at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain; and Ph.D. degree in 2002 at University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC-Spain). He is currently a Full Professor in signal processing and pattern recognition and the Head of the Signals and Communications Department, ULPGC, teaching on subjects on signal processing and learning theory, since 2001. He has researched in more than 50 International and Spanish Research Projects, some of them as head researcher. He is co-author of 4 books, inventor on 7 Spanish patents, co-editor in 24 Proceedings Book, Guest Editor for 8 international journals and up to 22 book chapters and 72 JCR-ISI indexed journal papers. He has over 450 papers published in international journals and conferences. He has published a patent and two more under revisions. He has been supervisor on 8 PhD Thesis (and 12 more in process), and 140 Master Thesis. He is/was evaluator in H2020 (EU), ANR (France), MRC (UK), ANECA (Spain), DAAD (Germany), Argetinian Government, Colombian Institutions, and Academics positions (EEUU, Slovenia, Spain). Too, he has been reviewer in different indexed international journals (>65) and TCP member in international conferences (>200), since 2001. He has been General Chair in APPIS 2021/2020/2019/2018, IEEE-IWOBI 2020/2019/2018/2017/2015/2014, InnoEducaTIC 2017/2014, IEEE-INES 2013, NoLISP 2011, JRBP 2012 and IEEE-ICCST 2005 Co-Chair. He won award "Catedra Telefonica" in editions 2017, 2018 and 2019 in Transfer Technology Modality. He was Vice-Dean from 2004 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2017 in Higher Technical School of Telecommunication Engineers in ULPGC.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dimitrios A. Karras received his Diploma and M.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece in 1985 and the Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, NTUA, Greece in 1995, with honors. Since 1/2019 is Associate Prof. in Digital and Intelligent Systems & Signal Processing, in National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, School of Science, Dept. General as well as adjunct Assoc. Prof. Dr. with the School of Basic Sciences, BIHER University, Chennai, India, as well as with the GLA university, Mathura, India and EPOKA & CIT universities, Computer Engineering Dept., Tirana. He has published more than 80 research refereed journal papers in intelligent and distributed/multiagent systems, pattern recognition, image/signal processing and neural networks as well as in bioinformatics and more than 185 research papers in International refereed scientific Conferences. He has served as program committee member as well as program/general chair at several international workshops and conferences in signal, image, communication and automation systems. He has been cited in more than 2500 research papers, and his H/G-indices are 21/51 (Google Scholar) and his Erdos number is 5. His RG score is 31.94 , in the highest 10% of scientific researchers.
Aamir Jalal Al Mosawi

Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi is board certified in pediatrics and is an advisor (Professor Level) in pediatrics and pediatric psychiatry at the National Training and Development Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Baghdad Medical City. Aamir Al-Mosawi served as the Head of the Iraq Headquarters of the Copernicus Scientists International Panel from 2006 until October 2020, showcasing his leadership and commitment to advancing scientific endeavors. Notably, he played a pivotal role as the founding editor of the groundbreaking "The New Iraqi Journal of Medicine" (2005-2013), the first Iraqi medical journal to achieve inclusion in Scopus, thereby enhancing the global visibility of Iraqi medical research. Since 2004, he has been a member of the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) and the Eastern Mediterranean Association of Medical Editors (EMMAME). He has also been a member of the advisory council of the International Association of Medical Colleges (IAMC) since 2008. Al-Mosawi has contributed significantly to the peer-review process of numerous esteemed international medical journals. His expertise has been sought after by journals such as The BMJ, Acta Paediatrica, Nephrology, and The Lancet, Journal of Pediatric Neurology, Southern Medical Journal, Clinical Anatomy, International Brazilian Journal of Urology, International Journal of Dermatology, Fundamental & Clinical Pharmacology, International Journal of Infections in the Developing World, and Journal of Renal Nutrition. Previously, Aamir Jalal Al-Mosawi served as the head of the Department of Pediatrics at the University Hospital in Al-Kadhimiyia (Al-Kadhimiyia Teaching Hospital) and as the physician in charge of the CME center in the hospital from 2004 to 2008. He was also a member of the International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA) and the American Academy of Pediatrics for several years starting in 2001. In 2006, he became a fellow and member of the Association of Clinical Scientists. Al-Mosawi was a founding member of the original Iraqi Association for Nephrologists Urologists (2000-2003), which is no longer active.

Byungmo Ku is an Assistant Professor at Yong-In University in South Korea. Previously, he held similar positions at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Vanguard University of Southern California, USA for three years. He directs a laboratory focused on physical activity behaviors for individuals with disabilities, known as PABCID. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed articles. Additionally, Ku serves on the editorial boards of both international and Korean journals and is a member of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) committee at Yong-In University. His research interest is to explain, predict, and promote physical activity and motor behaviors in individuals with disabilities. I am also interested in promoting physical and mental health in families of children with disabilities.

Dr. Guneet Inder Jit Kaur is Assistant Professor in the Department of Sports Psychology, School of Sports Sciences, Central University of Rajasthan. As a Sports Psychologist, she has worked with athletes in the areas of mental training for performance enhancement. She has published 27 research articles and has presented 36+ research presentations at 66 International and National Conferences/Seminars and has recently been awarded Prof. Deepak Bhat Award for Best Paper Presentation in the session at the 56th National and 25th International conference of IAAP (2021). Dr. Stalis Norma Ethica, M.Si., is an Associate Professor for the Magister of Clinical Laboratory Science at Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang, Indonesia, with courses taught to students in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Toxicology, Bioinformatics, and Food Biotechnology. Her research comprises isolating and characterizing enzymes and toxins for their encoding genes involving bioinformatics, genomics, and proteomics studies from bacterial sources. Her enzymes of interest are those with potential as antithrombosis, antibiofilm, anti-necrosis, and bioremediation agents. Genetic engineering and downstream processes for wound healing applications of marine bacterial protease have been a new area of research for Dr. Norma. The research allows her to cooperate with the Indonesian Ministry of Research and High Education, the health industry through the Matching Fund Kedaireka, and recently with Oregon State University USA through the Fulbright postdoctoral research grant. By October 2024, her 40 reputed publications had earned a Scopus H-index of 7, with more than 700 Google Scholar citations.
Shaharior Rahman Razu

Shaharior Rahman Razu is an Associate Professor at Khulna University, currently pursuing a Ph.D. on COVID-19 health management at the University of New England in Australia, where he also works as a Casual Academic. Previously, he completed doctoral research training at Chiang Mai University in Thailand and earned his undergraduate (1st position) and master’s (1st position) degrees in Sociology from Khulna University. In addition to teaching, Razu has published over 40 research articles in various journals focusing on public health, gender inequality, and sociology. He currently serves as an editor and reviewer for several international journals, including BMC Public Health (Springer Nature) and the Journal of Women’s Studies (Bridgewater State University, USA).
Varalakshmi Manchana

Dr. Varalakshmi Manchana, in teaching at higher education institutions for graduate and master nursing programs since 2007, worked in various capacities like Assistant Professor, Vice Principal and Principal before joining at University of Hyderabad (2010). She teaches MPH program and supervises PhD health sciences scholars. Her specific research focus is Sociobehavioural health; and socio-behavioural interventions for healthy, cognitive ageing and mental wellbeing. Dr.Manchana developed age sensitive physical exercise (HAAEP-PACE) program for functional health and fall prevention in ageing population. She is recipient of the International fellowship for senior Biomedical Scientists, by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) (2022-2023), in the area of Ageing and social change and she is awarded with international faculty mobility program to Canada and received international program development grant (2018) to conduct, “India Ageing Study” pilot research. She is also recipient of extramural research grants for her research on Child Injuries (ICMR), Health and Social status in QOL of older population (ICSSR). Her ongoing research on ‘Fall risk and Dementia Prevention through CogPhyEx’ funded by the Institution of Eminence grant. Developed an ‘Active and Healthy Ageing Research Lab’ procuring equipment grant from UoH and DST FIST and started the ‘Healthy Ageing Initiative’ with scientific social responsibility extending her research to rural and urban communities to promote and sensitize population towards active aging and wellbeing. She has presented her work in the national and international conferences in US, Canada, Singapore, Sweden, and Malaysia and visited to present her work at countries like US, Canada and Sweden. She has organized national and international conferences in the area of Ageing, Gender and Ethics. She is a reviewer in several indexed journal review boards, has published 24 research papers, three book chapters in indexed journals and ten other articles. She is experienced in professional accreditation processes and is an adhoc member for professional council and serves as a member in various scientific and professional committees, PhD external examiner and coordinates programs of external academic collaboration. Published 28 research papers, 10 articles and three book chapters in impact journals and presented papers in various international conferences in US, Canada, Sweden, Singapore, Malaysia and India, Scientific reviewers for journals from Springer Nature, Taylor and Francis, Elsevier, Dove Press, Frontiers in Nutrition, BMC Public health, Bentham Science Publishers etc.
